Neale Watts

With over 20 years of experience, Neale brings a wealth of expertise in restoration and conservation detailing. Beginning his career with an NVQ Level 3 in Banker Masonry and an apprenticeship in 2005, his passion for drawing led him into the drawing office, where he has worked on prestigious projects including Buckingham Palace and Hampton Court Palace.

Neale manages projects from initial design through to full manufacturing drawings, combining advanced CAD and 3D skills with exceptional hand drawings for stone carvings. Dedicated to preserving architectural heritage, he ensures every project blends traditional craftsmanship with modern precision, upholding Stone Detail Ltd’s commitment to excellence.

Director of Stone Detail, leading the company with a strong focus on quality, precision, and client satisfaction. With extensive experience in the stone industry, he oversees projects from consultation to completion, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and service.

Harvey Smart

Specialising in 3D CAD modelling and technical design, with expertise in BIM, Revit and AutoCAD. Alongside this, I create impactful graphics for  marketing assets. I blend technical precision with creativity to deliver clear, engaging designs.
